I have been with Pulse Training for a few years now, and the service is excellent for 1st Aid/Fire Fighting Training.
Karen, as my main contact, really stands out when discussing dates that is available for training to suit Servest Security.
This is one of the few companies I have stayed with which gives such good service in my 12 years at N1 City Hospital.

A big thank you to you and your team.
Our guys all have the same opinion – their words – This was the best training ever and worth every cent FFS paid.
They all agree that this was the real thing and not just a play play situation and it will really help if we must have a serious fire at our site.

I am a 60 year old Electronic Engineer who has been at sea for 40 years.
Over my years at sea I have done dozens of these safety courses, STCW plus the much advanced Offshore courses. Most of my courses have been done in the UK, but I have also done them in Europe, the USA, SA and Singapore.
Yesterday I completed the STCW Basic Fire-Fighting course at Pulse, Belhar, and thought I’d give you some feedback…
Firstly, I’d like to say that over the years this is probably the best course I have ever attended. I thought your course facilities are world class. Your equipment is new, or in excellent condition, unlike elsewhere where it is usually very tired old stuff.
Your course content is equally excellent, it is so realistic – courses elsewhere in the world use chemical smoke and no heat/flames – which gets the job done but there is no realistic feel of what fire-fighting really feels like.
We had three trainers – Zachery, Sydney and Travis. What fantastic, brilliant instructors these guys are. Absolutely the best I have come across in all my years of doing safety courses.
All three are extremely knowledgeable, bright, polite, humble, and exceptionally good at getting their training over. And just nice people. They all manage, without fail, to find the fine balance between the seriousness of the training and making it fun. They inject humour, fun and laughs into what could be a dreadful few days – I found myself setting off from home each of the days looking forward to what was to come! Brilliant guys!
I must also say something about Karen, who is exceptionally helpful, cheerful, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Also the tiny lady who ran our exam (sorry, her name eludes me) in a friendly, helpful manner, always with a beautiful smile.
So, thanks so much for the best course I have ever attended. You have a most magnificent team.
